摘 要:国家体育总局《武术段位制推广十年规划(2014—2023)》要求体育院校要选择武术段位制教程列入教学计划。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、个案研究法,围绕湖南省“武术段位制进校园”迫切需要“谁来教”的问题,展开某高校武术普修课程实施段位制长拳教学改革与实践。研究发现:以段位长拳为主要教学内容有利于学生记忆动作;以“打练结合”的教学手段容易激发学生学习兴趣;用“段位制”的考核方式增强了学生仪式感。认为:高校积极培养“武术段位制”推广人才有利于“对接”中小学武术师资需求。The State Sports General Administration's"Ten Year Plan for the Promotion of Wushu Rank System(2014-2023)"requires sports colleges to choose Wushu section system tutorials to be included in the teaching plan.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,and case study,and focuses on the question of who needs to teach"the Wushu section system to enter the campus"in Hunan province,so as to carry out the reform and practice of the long boxing system in a college Wushu general course.The study found that the main teaching content of the long boxing is conducive to students'memory movements;The teaching method of"training and combining"is easy to stimulate students'interest in learning;With the"segment system"assessment method to enhance the students'sense of ritual.It is believed that the University's active cultivation of the"Wushu segment system"to promote talents is conducive to"docking"the needs of Wushu teachers in primary and secondary schools.
