摘　　要：从语用论辩理论的修辞拓展层面发现问题,将西方修辞情境理论与策略操控有机结合,尝试进一步补充和深化语用论辩修辞维度的分析框架。为验证该分析框架的可行性,随后选取福克斯新闻网的一则报道作为个案研究,从修辞实效性和论辩合理性两个维度对其进行剖析,结果显示:报道者基于对修辞情境三要素的分析,在报道中巧妙地选取了出发点,并通过各种"同一"策略和艺术性理据取得修辞实效性;然而在论证过程中,报道者违背了自由规则和相关规则,因此在合理性方面存在严重不足。个案研究证明,融入修辞情境的语用论辩分析框架更有利于各类隐藏的修辞策略的识别,从而为判断策略操控的正当性提供了更充足的理论支持。This paper probes into the rhetorical extension of the Pragma-dialectics theory and uncovers its insufficiency,based on which,the analytical framework of the rhetorical effectiveness is improved by incorporating rhetorical situation into strategic maneuvering.To test the feasibility of the improved framework,a report by Fox News is taken as a case study.By analyzing it from the perspectives of rhetorical effectiveness and argumentative reasonableness,this paper finds that the reporter draws on the three constituents of rhetorical situation to realize her rhetorical aims,resorting to rhetorical means such as skillfully selecting the starting point,adopting various identification strategies and artistic proofs;and that she violates the Freedom Rule and the Relevance Rule in the critical discussion,failing to achieve argumentative reasonableness.As the case study shows,the analytical framework of Pragma-dialectics incorporated with rhetorical situation facilitates the recognition of some inconspicuous rhetorical strategies,which helps strengthen the evaluation of strategic maneuvering in argumentative discourses.
