早期开髓减压引流术在急性牙髓炎治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨早期开髓减压引流术在急性牙髓炎治疗中的应用效果。方法将2017年3月~2019年3月我院收治的80例急性牙髓炎患者应用抽签分组法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予保髓治疗,观察组给予早期开髓减压引流术治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、疼痛情况、治疗次数和并发症总发生率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的疼痛情况评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的疼痛情况评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的疼痛情况评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗次数少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性牙髓炎治疗中应用早期开髓减压引流术的效果较为显著,可有效提升整体治疗效果,缓解疼痛情况,减少治疗次数,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To explore the applicatiion effect of early pulpotomy decompression and drainage in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods Eighty patients with acute pulpitis treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were divided into a control group and an observation group by drawing lots and 40 cases each.The control group was given conservative treatment,and the observation group was given early pulpotomy decompression and drainage.The clinical efficacy,pain,number of treatments,and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of treatments in the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early pulpotomy decompression and drainage in the treatment of acute pulpitis has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the overall treatment effect,relieve pain,reduce the number of treatments,and has high clinical promotion value.
