自恋型人格障碍倾向青少年绘画特征评估

摘　　要：目的:探索青少年自恋型人格障碍倾向的房树人绘画特征。方法:采用人格障碍诊断问卷(PDQ-4+)和统合型房树人绘画测验(S-HTP),对北京市3所中学562名青少年进行施测,并根据自恋型人格障碍的病因-症状模式筛选出11项可能反映自恋型人格障碍的绘画特征,采用χ^2检验,检验自恋型人格倾向青少年阴性组和阳性组在11项绘画特征上出现频率的差异,采用logistic回归,检验11项绘画特征对自恋型人格障碍倾向青少年的预测性。结果:①11项绘画特征中有8项在阴性组和阳性组出现的频率上存在显著差异,三者独立(χ^2=10.41,P<0.05)、表情悲哀(χ^2=7.97,P<0.05)、肩膀下垂(χ^2=6.32,P<0.05)、正面人(χ^2=4.37,P<0.05)、睁眼(χ^2=6.21,P<0.05)、漫画人与抽象人(χ^2=4.18,P<0.05)、树干左侧强调(χ^2=6.73,P<0.05)、正脸侧身(χ^2=7.45,P<0.05);②11项绘画特征中有6项进入logistic回归预测方程;③采用logistic分层回归控制年龄和性别因素后,此6项绘画特征仍然进入了回归模型。结论:房树人绘画测验能有效预测自恋型人格障碍,可以作为人格测验的有效补充。Objective:To explore the features of the S-HTP used to predict teenagers’ narcissistic personality disorder inclination.Methods:This study used the Personality Disorder Diagnostic Questionnaire(PDQ-4+)and the Integrated House Tree Painting Test(S-HTP)to test 562 adolescents in three middle schools in Beijing.Results:①The result showed that two groups had significant statistic difference in 8 drawing characteristics,Three party independence(χ^2=10.41,P<0.05),sad expression(χ^2=7.97,P<0.05),shoulder drop(χ^2=6.32,P<0.05),frontal human(χ^2=4.37,P<0.05),open the eyes(χ^2=6.21,P<0.05),cartoon man and abstract man(χ^2=4.18,P<0.05),emphasize the left side of the trunk(χ^2=6.73,P<0.05),frontal view and side of the body(χ^2=7.45,P<0.05);②The students with 6 drawing characteristics were more likely to show the narcissistic personality disorder inclination;③After controlling for the gender and age,there were still 6 drawing characteristics in the logistic regression equation.Conclusion:The study proves that the S-HTP can effectively predict narcissistic personality disorder and can be an effective supplement to the personality test.
