摘 要:目的:研究新入职护士职业认同发展的干预效果。方法:将2016年新入职护士随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组按医院管理常规参加科室、院内业务学习、学术活动等,观察组除了参加医院管理常规活动以外,进行为期8周,每周1次的团体心理辅导。上岗前、上岗6个月后采用护士职业认同量表进行评估。结果:上岗前两组护士职业认同总分及各因子得分无显著性差异;对照组护士上岗前、上岗后6个月职业认同总分、职业认知因子得分比较有显著差异,职业社会支持因子得分比较有差异(P<0.05)。观察组团体心理辅导前后职业认同总分、职业认知、职业社会支持因子得分比较有显著差异(P<0.01),职业社交技能、职业挫折应对、职业自我反思因子得分比较有差异(P<0.05)。上岗6个月后观察组职业认知因子得分比对照组得分有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:团体心理辅导能显著提高护士职业认知水平,对新入职护士职业认同的良好发展有明显的提升作用。Objective:To study the effect of intervention in the development of the professional identity of new nurses.Methods:According to the hospital management routine,new nurses were randomly divided into observation groups and control groups in 2016.The control group participated in the department,hospital academic activities,etc.And the observation group conducted 8 weeks of group psychological counseling once a week,in addition to participating in the hospital management routine activities.After 6 months of induction training,the nurse’s occupational identification scale was used for evaluation.Results:Before the induction,there were no significant differences in professional identity between two groups.After 6 months of induction,the total score of professional identification,occupational cognition and occupational social support of nurses in the control group were significantly improved(t=-3.99,-6.11,-2.30;P<0.05),and after group psychological counseling,the total score and factor scores of professional identification of nurses in observation group significantly improved(t=-13.31,-14.29,-9.57,-2.21-2.63,-2.73;P<0.05);After 6 months of induction,there was a significant difference in occupational cognitive factor scores(t=3.17,P<0.01)between two groups.Conclusion:Group psychological counseling can significantly improve the professional cognition level of nurses,and the good development of new nurses’ professional identity has obvious effect.
