摘 要:针对传统气浮支承承载力小、刚度低的现状,设计了一种矩形截面辐射状均压槽,旨在提升狭缝节流气浮支承静态性能。建立气浮支承CFD模型,研究矩形截面均压槽高度、角度、数目随供气压力对狭缝节流气浮支承刚度与承载力的影响。结果表明:气浮支承的承载力随均压槽高度、角度、数目随供气压力的增大而增大,随气膜厚度增大而减小;均压槽角度增大,气浮支承刚度的峰值对应的气膜厚度无明显增加;均压槽数目增大,气浮支承刚度峰值对应的气膜厚度有小幅度增加;供气压力增大,气浮支承刚度峰值随之增大。In order to the characteristics that the small loading capacity and low stiffness of traditional aerostatic bearing,a groove with rectangle section is designed.The axial section of radial groove is rectangle and the radial section of radial groove is fan-shaped.CFD model of aerostatic bearing with radial groove is established.The effect of the number of grooves,depth,angle of radial groove and supply pressure on the loading capacity and stiffness of aerostatic bearing are studied.The result showed that the loading capacity of aerostatic bearing increases with the increase of the number of grooves,depth,angle of radial groove and supply pressure,decreases with the increase of gas film thickness.With the increase of the angle of the radial groove,the thickness of the gas film corresponding to the peak value of the stiffness have no significant change.With the increase of the number of the radial groove,the thickness of the gas film corresponding to the peak value of the stiffness have a slight increase.With the increase of the supply pressure,the peak value of the stiffness also increase.
