摘　　要：文化是大学的灵魂,文化建设是一流大学软实力提升的重要维度。从我国教育实践与需求出发,探索建立兼顾科学性与适用性的大学组织文化描述框架、评估体系与实践模型,具有相当的必要性与紧迫性。在理论构建、指标筛选和权重赋值的基础上,综合运用德尔菲(Delphi)法和层次分析(AHP)法构建诊断和描述大学组织文化的"回声"(ECHOES)模型。"回声"模型将组织文化的经典模型与我国具体国情以及国内研究者的成果相结合,旨在为大学院校提供一个全面系统、可操作的文化描述框架和诊断工具,以期进一步推进大学文化建设。Culture is the soul of a university.In order to build a first-class university culture and give full play to its soft power,it is necessary to first accurately locate and evaluate the university culture,and then explore an effective path and form an operable cultural construction model.With theoretical construction,index selection and weight allocation,this paper constructs an"ECHOES"model for description and diagnosis of the university organizational culture using the combination of Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method.This model not only draws on the theories of some famous cultural researchers,but also brings a combination of university cultural studies and experience from Chinese Universities.This model tries to provide a comprehensive and operational culture evaluation tool for colleges and universities,so as to promote the further construction of university culture.
