摘　　要：本文聚焦于国家级实验教学示范中心可持续发展的三个方面问题:影响因素构成、关键制约因素和管理策略。根据以往理论研究、访谈和预调研数据,确定了影响国家级实验教学示范中心可持续发展的三层次因素。在此基础上,编制了国家级实验教学示范中心可持续发展影响因素重要性与满意度量表,并进行了全国示范中心的数据调查,分析了这些影响因素的重要性和满意度状况。最后,提出了相应的管理建议。This paper focuses on the three aspects of sustainable development of National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center,including influencing factors composition,key constraints and development measures.According to previous research on theories,interviews and research data,three levels of factors influencing the sustainable development of National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center were identified.Based on that,the importance and satisfaction scale of the factors influencing the sustainable development of National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center were formulated.Then,large sample data investigation was carried out,and the importance and satisfaction of those influencing factors were analyzed.At last,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on sustainable development.
