摘　　要：设计开发了ET120型步履式挖掘机轮胎保护装置,介绍其设计要求、结构组成和现场安装工艺。通过正面和侧面甲片座、橡胶甲片及其连接的合理设计,实现了轮胎保护装置现场安装不需要起吊设备(2名操作者可装卸)、轮胎外表面全面防护和橡胶甲片单独更换等设计要求。ET120型步履式挖掘机轮胎保护装置安装采用轮胎充气张紧式锁定方式,成本低廉,安装简易,维护快捷,可为同类步履式挖掘机轮胎保护装置设计提供参考。The tire protective device of model ET120 walking type excavator is designed and developed.Its design requirements,structure and on-site installation process are introduced.Through the reasonable design of front and side armour base,rubber armour and their connection,the design requirements of no lifting equipment(two operators can load and unload),overall tire outer surface protection and separate rubber armour replacement are achieved.The tire protective device of model ET120 walking excavator is installed in a mode of tire inflation tensioning locking,with low cost,simple installation and fast maintenance,which can provide reference for the design of tire protective device of similar walking type excavator.
