常见生化检测指标在原发性胆汁性肝硬化中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者与健康人血清中的谷丙转氨酶、肾功能指标和血脂指标有无差异及临床意义。方法回顾性分析浙江省人民医院2010年12月-2018年12月的33例BPC患者和33例健康人的血清,采用速率法、苦味酸法、酶法、选择性抑制法、表面活性剂法、免疫透射比浊法等,计数出各项待测物在血清中的浓度。结果谷丙转氨酶、肾功能指标、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B在PBC患者和健康人之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但PBC患者的高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1浓度显著低于健康人(P<0.05),而PBC患者的甘油三酯浓度显著高于健康人(P<0.05)。结论高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1浓度显著减少和甘油三酯浓度显著增高可能在PBC患者的发病机制中扮演重要作用。Objective To study the difference and clinical significance of serum alanine aminotransferase,renal function index and blood lipid index between patients with primary biliary cirrhosis( PBC) and healthy people. Methods The serum levels of33 BPC patients and 33 healthy persons from December 2010 to December 2018 in Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The serum concentrations of each substance were counted by rate method,picric acid method,enzymatic method,selective inhibition method,surfactant method and immunoturbidimetric method. Results There was no significant difference in glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,renal function index,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B between PBC patients and healthy people( P > 0. 05),but the concentration of high density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein A1 in PBC patients was significantly lower than that in healthy people( P < 0. 05),while the concentration of triglyceride in PBC patients was significantly higher than that in healthy people( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The decrease of high density lipoprotein,apolipoprotein A1 and the increase of triglyceride may play an important role in the pathogenesis of PBC.
