淋巴细胞活化状态在结肠癌患者中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究结肠癌患者CD3+T、CD4+T和CD8+T细胞以及各类活化淋巴细胞亚群与健康人之间差异及潜在临床意义。方法采用CD3、CD4、CD8、HLA-DR、CD25以及CD38荧光抗体染色58例结肠癌患者和58例健康人外周血细胞,分析CD3+T、CD4+T和CD8+T、HLA-DR+CD3+T、CD25+CD3+T、CD25+CD4+T、HLA-DR+CD8+T以及CD38+CD8+T细胞的频率并统计2组之间差异。结果 CD3+T、CD4+T、CD8+T、CD3+CD25+T和CD4+CD25+T细胞频率在结肠癌患者和健康人之间差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。相比健康人,结肠癌病外周血中活化的HLA-DR+CD3+T、HLA-DR+CD8+T以及CD38+CD8+T细胞频率显著上升(P <0. 05)。结论结肠癌患者外周血存在大量活化的HLA-DR+CD3+T和HLA-DR+或CD38+CD8+T细胞,可为结肠癌患者的过继免疫治疗提供实验室依据。Objective To study the differences and the potential clinical significance of CD3+T,CD4+T and CD8+T cells and various activated lympocyte subgroups in colon cancer patients and healthy peoples. Methods Peripheral blood cells were stained with CD3,CD4,CD8,HLA-DR,CD25 and CD38 fluorescent antibodies in 58 patients with colon cancer and 58 healthy persons. The frequencies of CD3+T,CD4+T,CD8+T,HLA-DR+CD3+T,CD25+CD3+T,CD25+CD4+T,HLA-DR+CD8+T and CD38+CD8+T cells were analyzed between the two groups. Results There was no statistical significance on the differences in CD3+T,CD4+T,CD8+T,CD3+CD25+T and CD4+CD25+T cells between colon cancer patients and healthy people( P > 0. 05). But compared with healthy people,HLA-DR+CD3+T,HLA-DR+CD8+T and CD38+CD8+T cells in peripheral blood of colon cancer patients significantly increased( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Activated HLA-DR+CD3+T,HLA-DR+or CD38+CD8+T cells significantly increased in peripheral blood of colon cancer patients,which can provide laboratory basis for adoptive immunotherapy of colon cancer patients.
