摘 要:为研究废轮胎胶粉、废塑料对基质沥青的改性机理,利用扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(IR)对2种基质沥青、2种废轮胎胶粉改性沥青、4种废塑料改性沥青和4种废轮胎胶粉--废塑料复合改性沥青进行微观分析,研究废轮胎胶粉、废塑料对基质沥青的改性机理。扫描电镜表征结果表明,废轮胎胶粉和废塑料在高温下,吸收了沥青中轻质组分,发生溶胀,然后在高速剪切作用下,均匀分布于沥青中,形成网状结构。通过红外光谱发现,由于苯环参与化学变化,导致苯环骨架中的CC键振动区和苯环取代区附近的透过率发生了微小变化,但是2组沥青均未出现新的特征峰。因此,改性过程主要为物理变化。In order to explore the modification mechanism of waste tire rubber powder and waste plastic compound modified asphalt,Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Infrared(IR)spectrum were used on two kinds of base asphalt,two kinds of waste tire rubber powder modified asphalt,four kinds of waste plastic modified asphalt and four kinds of waste tire rubber powder-waste plastic compound modified asphalt.The modification mechanism of waste tire rubber powder and waste plastic on base asphalt was discussed.It was found by SEM that the waste tire rubber powder and waste plastic absorb the light components of asphalt at high temperature and swell,and evenly distribute in asphalt under the high-speed shearing to form a network structure.It was found by infrared spectroscopy that there may be a chemical change in the benzene ring,which caused a slight change in the transmittance between the CC bond vibration zone and the benzene ring substitution zone in the benzene ring skeleton,but no new characteristic peaks appeared in the two groups of asphalt,indicating that the modification process was mainly physical changes.
