摘  要:以ε-己内酯单体为底物,固定化脂肪酶Novozyme 435作为反应催化剂催化合成聚ε-己内酯(PCL),并对反应条件进行了优化。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(NMR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、热重(TG)、X射线衍射(XRD)分析及力学拉伸仪对合成的PCL进行了表征。研究表明,该开环聚合反应的适宜条件为10 m Lε-己内酯底物添加催化剂0. 25 g;反应温度为50℃;反应时间为36 h;反应溶剂为甲苯;振荡速率为160 r/min。在该条件下,PCL合成转化率能达到96. 94%。产物在210℃下开始分解,具有良好的热稳定性;结晶温度为26℃,相对结晶度为44. 6%,表现出较好的结晶性能;此外,其具有较好的力学性能,拉伸强度为15. 2 MPa,断裂伸长率高达262. 6%。Poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)was synthesized by immobilized lipase Novozyme 435 as catalyst with epsiloncaprolactone monomer as substrate.The reaction conditions were optimized.The PCL was characterized by FTIR,NMR,DSC,TG,XRD and mechanical extensors.The optimum conditions for ring-opening polymerization were determined as follows:10 mL epsilon-caprolactone substrates with 0.25 g catalyst;reaction temperature 50℃;reaction time 36 h;reaction solvent toluene;oscillation rate 160 r/min.The conversion of PCL reach 96.94%under these conditions.The product began to decompose at 210℃and had good thermal stability.The crystallization temperature was 26℃and the relative crystallinity was 44.6%.Besides,the product had good mechanical properties with tensile strength of 15.2 MPa and elongation at break of 262.6%.
