新安医家余国佩《医理》对中医燥湿理论与临床的贡献

摘　　要：《医理》是新安医家余国佩所著,其立意新颖,观点明晰,见解独特,尤其提出燥湿论。认为天人相应,以燥湿为本;外感内伤,源于燥湿;以燥湿之别而论诊法;外感内伤及妇科之治多从燥湿入手。通过对感于时疫辨燥邪的总结类推及内外妇产各科病症辨燥湿,对中医燥湿理论及其临床诊治作出重要的贡献,对后世医家及中医燥湿理论的发展与应用产生了深远的影响,是一部值得学习和借鉴的优秀医学著作。Yi Li is written by Yu Guopei,a doctor of Xin’an.Its idea is clear and unique,especially on the theory of dryness and wetness.The author thinks that the nature and the human are corresponding,which is based on dryness and wetness;the exogenous and internal injuries are derived from dryness and wetness;the treatment of external internal injury and gynecology is mainly from dryness and wetness.Based on the summary of the identification of dryness and wetness caused by epidemic diseases,the identification of dryness and wetness caused by various in gynecology and obstetrics was deduced.It has made an important contribution to the theory of dryness and wetness of traditional Chinese medicine and its clinical diagnosis and treatment has a profound influence on the development and application of the theory of dryness and wetness of traditional Chinese medicine in later generations.It is an excellent medical works worthy of study and reference.
