摘  要:液体好氧发酵过程的通风与搅拌均需要消耗大量能源,如何对其进行优化节能引起了广泛的研究。总结了国内外关于液体好氧发酵过程节能降耗技术的研究进展,对于发酵罐形式优化、空气分布装置优化及搅拌节能优化技术应用研究现状进行了综述。气升式发酵罐由于其良好的节能前景,会随着发酵过程空气动力学的研究深入而得到逐步发展。射流混合器及旋流混合器将逐渐淘汰现有的直管及圆环式空气混合器。搅拌桨组合优化技术和变频器技术将会对发酵节能和发酵工艺调控有着重要意义。A lot of energy is consumed during the process of both aeration and agitation of liquid aerobic fermentation.Extensive research has been carried out to optimize these processes and save energy.We reviewed the progress of energy saving technology in liquid aerobic fermentation from domestic and foreign research,and the current status of research on the application of fermentation tank optimization,air distribution device optimization,and stirring energy-saving optimization technology was summarized.With the research progress of aerodynamics in fermentation,airlift fermentor will be developed gradully.Efflux air sparger and vortex gas-liquid mixer will replace the tube sparger and ring sparger gradually.The optimization of impeller combination and application of frequency converter will play an important role in energy saving and process regulation.
