全面从严治党形势下高校加强基层党支部建设的路径探析

摘　　要：全面从严治党是党中央的重大战略部署,是新时代党的建设总要求之一。加强基层党支部建设,打通党建"最后一公里",是高校推动全面从严治党向纵深发展的有效路径。本文认为,要破解党支部弱化、虚化、边缘化问题,必须从政治建设、思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、纪律建设等各个方面抓紧、抓实党支部工作,提高党支部工作的规范化、科学化水平。It is one of the major strategic deployments and general requirements in the new era to carry out an all-out strict discipline by CPC.Strengthening the construction of primary-level Party committees and getting through“the last kilometer”of Party construction are effective ways for universities to promote the comprehensive and in-depth development of strict Party governance.This paper holds that in order to prevent the primary-level Party committees from getting weak,virtualized and marginalized,we must pay close attention to the construction of primary-level Party committees,in terms of political construction,ideological construction,organizational construction,working style construction and discipline construction,so as to enhance standardized and scientific work of Party committees at all levels.
