聚焦解决模式对产前诊断高龄孕妇应对方式及护理依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式对产前诊断高龄孕妇应对方式及护理依从性的影响。方法选择我院2018年2月至2019年8月收治的产前诊断高龄孕妇290例为研究对象,按随机数字表法等分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用聚焦解决模式,比较两组孕妇的应对方式及护理依从性。结果观察组孕妇积极应对方式评分高于对照组(P<0.05),消极应对方式评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组孕妇的检查诊断、基础护理、健康教育依从率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式在产前诊断高龄孕妇中的应用,能促进其积极应对,提高其护理依从性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of focused solution model for the coping style and nursing compliance of elderly pregnant women diagnosed prenatally.Methods To select 290 cases of elderly pregnant women diagnosed prenatally who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group adopted focused solution model.The coping styles and nursing compliance of the pregnant women were compared between the two groups.Results The score of positive coping style in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of negative coping style in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rates of prenatal diagnosis,basic nursing,and health education of the pregnant women in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of focused solution model in prenatal diagnosis of elderly pregnant women can promote their positive coping and improve their nursing compliance,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
