摘　　要：电力企业对于国外的信息部门的管控是企业管理上的一项全新挑战,驻外部门与国内同类部门最大的差异是所处环境、制度、人员、工作习惯均不同。企业需要维持管控和放权两个方面的平衡,由于地理、时间、环境的不同,企业在有效管控驻外部门的同时又不能束缚其手脚,使其处于工作效率低下的状态。这些管理中需要面对的难题是企业管理人员必须要予以克服的,需要企业在制度设计、人员选拔、工作氛围上予以周到的安排。The management and control of foreign information departments by electric power enterprises is a new challenge for enterprise management.The biggest difference between overseas departments and similar departments at home is the difference in environment,system,personnel and working habits.Enterprises need to maintain a balance between control and delegation of power.Due to the differences in geography,time and environment,enterprises can effectively control overseas departments but cannot tie their hands and feet and make them work in a state of low efficiency.These management problems need to be overcome by enterprise managers,and enterprises need to make thoughtful arrangements in system design,personnel selection and working atmosphere.
