摘　　要：论文旨在探讨公司战略选择对企业绩效的影响。结果表明,相较于采用防御性战略的企业,采用进攻型战略的企业绩效更好。为此,企业应当在做好风险防控的同时,加强研发创新,促进自身转型升级。The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of corporate strategy choice on enterprise performance.The results show that the enterprises with offensive strategy have better performance than those with defensive strategy.To this end,enterprises should strengthen research and development and innovation to promote their own transformation and upgrading while doing a good job in risk prevention and control.
