摘 要:目的探讨护理实习生(以下简称实习生)临床带教过程中采用阶段性目标带教法的教学优势及可行性。方法筛选医院于2018年1月-2018年12月间接收的80例实习生入组研究,样本纳入遵循自愿原则,并以随机盲选方式行分组下的对比论证。取其中一组实习生予以常规带教模式,40例作对照组;另一组实习生予以阶段性目标带教模式,40例作实验组,分别经由系统学习后,比较两组实习生阶段带教的教学质量差异。结果实验组总成绩与五项目标合格率均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论推荐护理临床实习阶段采取阶段性目标带教法,可促实习生更好的学习收益。Objective To explore the teaching advantages and feasibility of phased target teaching method in clinical teaching of nursing interns(hereinafter referred to as interns).Methods 80 interns from January 2018 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected for the study.The samples were collected according to the principle of voluntariness,and were divided into groups by random blind selection.One group of interns was given the conventional teaching mode,40 cases as the control group;the other group was given the stage goal teaching mode,and 40 cases as the experimental group.After systematic learning,the differences of teaching quality between the two groups were compared.Results The total score and the qualified rate of the five goals in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion It is recommended that phased goal teaching method be adopted in clinical nursing practice stage,which can promote better learning benefits of interns and is worth popularizing.
