摘　　要：“航空装备维修操作技能训练”是该文作者所在院校航空机务技术与指挥(电子信息工程)专业一门岗位任职必修课,与作战保障岗位直接对接,是实施“本科教育与首次任职培训融合培养”的关键性课程。在课程设计中遵循“为战而教”“模块衔接”“以虚补实”的原则改革教学内容与结构,旨在培养学员良好的专业素养,养成“极端负责、精心维修”的机务工作作风,树立“对国家财产负责、对战友安全负责、对战斗胜利负责”的使命责任意识。Aviation Equipment Maintenance Operation Skill Training Course is a compulsory course for aviation aircraft technology and command(electronic information engineering)major in our hospital,which is directly connected with combat support posts and is the key course for the implementation of"collaborative cultivation of undergraduate education and first-time job training".In the curriculum design,we should follow the principles of"preparing for war","module connection"and"supplementing practice with theoretical learning".The purpose of this paper is to cultivate students'good professional literacy,develop the style of airport work of"extreme responsibility and careful maintenance",and establish the mission and responsibility consciousness of"being responsible for the national property,the safety of comrades and the victory in battles".
