摘　　要：在医学研究生培养过程中,开拓学生的国际视野,对于培养研究生的创新能力、提高培养质量至关重要。该文针对当前脑科学研究生国际视野培养的现状,以及复旦大学脑科学研究院在培养研究生过程中的实践与探索,从院系、导师、学生三个维度,讨论如何开拓研究生的国际视野,促进培养创新型医学人才。In the process of cultivating medical postgraduates,developing the international vision is important for cultivating their innovative ability and training quality.In view of the current situation of training brain science postgraduates'international vision,and according to the practical exploration of postgraduate training in the Institutes of Brain Science in Fudan University,this paper discusses how to develop the postgraduates'international vision from three dimensions-academies,tutors and students-to promote the cultivation of innovative medical talents.
