摘  要:生物质谱技术是近年来新兴起来的一种分析技术,随着质谱仪的诞生而发展,广泛应用在医药、化学、环境保护和食品科学等各个领域。然而,对学生来说,要想完全掌握并灵活运用于实践是一项很大的挑战。因此,我们在生物质谱技术教学过程中探索并实行了CBS-LBL教学模式,通过传统教学模式快速传授知识,用案例教学模式引导学生应用所学知识去解决实际问题,较以往传统的授课模式取得了良好的教学效果。Biological mass spectrometry technology is a emerging analytical technology,and has been widely used in various fields,such as medicine,chemistry,environmental protection,and food science.However,there is a great challenge for students to master it completely,and apply it flexibly into practice.Therefore,we have explored and implemented a new teaching model,which combines cases and lectures in the teaching process of this technology.Lecture-based Learning(LBL)helps teachers quickly pass on basic knowledge to students,and then students are guided by Case-based Study(CBS)to apply the knowledge to solve problems.Compared with LBL only,this new teaching model can improve the teaching effect of biological mass spectrometry technology.
