摘　　要：在工匠人才培养背景下,以民办本科院校的旅游与酒店管理专业为对象,解析了该专业在实施“行校对接、产教融合、工学交替、实岗实训”特色人才培养模式下的现代学徒制实践教学改革,探讨了旅游与酒店管理专业实施现代学徒制教学的课程体系构建、实施优势及存在问题。旅游与酒店管理专业现代学徒制改革实践有利于推动产教深度融合的办学特色,这对于提升民办学院当前旅游酒店管理专业的人才培养质量具有重要指导意义。Under the background of craftsman personnel training,this paper takes the tourism and hotel management major of private undergraduate colleges as the research object,analyzes the modern apprenticeship teaching reform in the implementation of the characteristic talent training model,and explores the course system construction,implementation advantages and existing problems of modern apprenticeship teaching in the major.The reform practice of modern apprenticeship system of tourism and hotel management major is conducive to promoting the in-depth integration of industry and education,which is of great guiding significance to improve the quality of talent training of tourism and hotel management major in private colleges.
