海南高校应对台风“山竹”举措——以海南经贸职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：海南高校在应对台风的举措中包括过境前的准备和预防、登陆时的天气和应对、过境后的恢复及整理。海南经贸职业技术学院在台风“山竹”中能迅速反应、上下联动,一切以学生为本,确保师生人身安全及财产安全,积极做好防台风措施。The measures taken by Hainan colleges and universities in response to typhoons include preparation and prevention before transit,weather and response during landing,and recovery and arrangement after transit.Being student-oriented,Hainan Economic and Trade Vocational and Technical College reacts quickly and established the whole system linkage mechanism against the typhoon Mangkhut to ensure the personal safety and property safety of teachers and students.
