摘　　要：警务培训是提升在职警察队伍素质和战斗力的重要途径。作为公安教育训练主阵地的警察职业培训学院,围绕公安机关中心工作,聚焦警察队伍革命化、正规化、专业化、职业化建设要求,突出“实战、实用、实效”的培训目标,积极打造专、兼职教官队伍,极大满足了公安基层实战培训需要,并丰富了学院课程体系。Police training is an important way to improve the quality and combat effectiveness of in-service police force.As the main position of public security education and training,the police vocational training college centers on the work of the public security organizations,focusing on the requirements of the revolutionized,regularized,specialized and professionalized construction of the police force,highlighting the training goal of actual combat,application and effectiveness,and actively building a contingent of specialized and part-time instructors,which greatly meets the needs of practical training at the primary level of public security and enriches the curriculum system of the college.
