摘 要:为科学评价校内生产性综合实训对提高人才培养质量的作用程度,对高职高专药学专业学生进行了实习前和实习结束的调研。结果表明,校内生产性综合实训非常有必要开设,对提高学生从事药品生产、检验、经营和使用岗位群的岗位任务的职业能力和素养的帮助程度大,锻炼了学生解决问题的综合能力,提升了人才培养质量。In order to scientifically evaluate the function of productive comprehensive training in improving the quality of talent training,this paper makes an investigation on the students majoring in pharmacy in higher vocational colleges before and after the practice.The results show that it is very necessary to set up productive comprehensive training in the school,which is of great help to improve the vocational ability and literacy of students engaged in posts,such as drug production,inspection,management and use,improves students'comprehensive ability to solve problems and promotes the quality of talent training.
