摘　　要：从信息化社会向智慧社会的转变、高等教育体系向智慧教育的转变、传统大学向智慧大学转变三个方面进行了探讨。以实现素质教育为目标,根据智慧经济和智慧社会的新要求,指出了从传统网络学习向智慧教育过渡的必要性。智慧大学的主要特点,即在交互式教育环境中学习的灵活性、对全球内容的免费访问、学习的个性化和因材施教。研究表明,智慧教育应该整合到质量管理体系中,其实质包括实现、保持和不断提高全体成员的文化知识水平、不断提高教学质量。This paper discusses the transformation from information society to smart society,from higher education system to smart education,and from traditional university to smart university.In order to realize quality education,according to the new requirements of smart economy and smart society,the necessity of transition from traditional network learning to smart education is pointed out.This paper introduces and analyzes the main characteristics of smart university,that is,the flexibility of learning in interactive educational environment,the free access to global content,the individualization of learning and teaching students according to their aptitude.The research shows that smart education should be integrated into the quality management system,and its essence includes the realization,maintenance and continuous improvement of all members'cultural knowledge level and the quality of teaching.
