摘  要:随着MOOCs在国内外的兴起,应用型高校纷纷引入MOOCs平台的课程作为网络通识课程供学生选修。但引入网络通识课教育后,学习效果并不理想,退课率和不及格率都比传统课程高。在重新解读学习支持服务理论的基础上,提出一种面向应用型高校网络通识教育的具有一般意义的学习支持服务设计与实施方案。使网络学习者能像传统教育一样随时获得学习帮助,是保障网络课程顺利开展,提高学习质量和通过率的关键所在。With the rise of MOOCs at home and abroad,applied colleges and universities have introduced MOOCs platform courses as network general courses for students to choose.However,after the introduction of network general education,the learning effect is not satisfactory,and the withdrawal rate and failure rate are higher than those in the traditional classroom.On the basis of reinterpreting the theory of learning support service,this paper puts forward a design and implementation scheme of learning support service which is of general significance for network general education in applied colleges and universities.To enable online learners to obtain learning assistance at any time like traditional education is the key to ensuring the smooth development of online courses and improving the learning quality and pass rate.
