摘　　要：思想政治工作是一切工作的生命线,在学校高质量发展进程中有着举足轻重的作用。高校应通过尊重教职工民主权益、加强师德师风建设、加强校园文化建设等举措,抓好教职工思想政治建设。Ideological and political work is the lifeline of all work,and plays a pivotal role in the high-quality development of schools.Colleges and universities should pay attention to the ideological and political construction of faculty through measures such as respecting the democratic rights and interests of faculty,strengthening the construction of teachers'morality,and strengthening campus culture.
