摘 要:目的:本文主要讨论了主动带教在护理实习生管理中的反应。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月于医院实习的120名护理实习生作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对对照组的护理实习生实施常规带教,对观察组的护理实习生实施主动带教,对比两组实习生的护理差错或事故发生率以及焦虑评分。结果:观察护理组的焦虑评分为(43.32±2.76)分,低于对照组的(51.25±3.14)分,观察组护理实习生的护理差错或事故发生率(3.3%)明显低于对照组(11.6%),差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:主动带教与常规带教相比,能够有效缓解护理实习生的焦虑情绪,降低护理实习生在实习过程中的护理差错或事故发生率,值得在临床中推广。Objective:This paper mainly discusses the response of active teaching in the management of nursing interns.Methods:120 nursing interns practicing at hospitals from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 interns for each group.Conventional teaching was given to nursing interns in the control group,and active teaching was provided to nursing interns in the observation group.The rate of nursing errors or accidents and anxiety scores of the two groups of interns were compared.Results:After conventional teaching and active teaching of the two groups of nursing interns,the anxiety scores of the observation group were(43.32±2.76),which were lower than that of the control group(51.25±3.14).The rate of nursing errors or accidents of the observation group(3.3%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(11.6%),and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional teaching,active teaching can effectively ease the negative emotions of nursing interns and reduce the rate of nursing errors of accidents.It is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
