摘　　要：大学生能否客观有效地进行生涯规划,将对他们成长路径和职业发展产生影响。大学生生涯规划和大学生心理健康在自我认识、社会适应、意志品质和学习能力等方面存在紧密的关联。当前“90后”大学生普遍存在以自我为中心、依赖和沉溺网络、受挫能力不强等心理特点,使传统的心理健康教育面临困境。将大学生生涯规划和心理健康教育有效地进行结合,可以使心理健康教育的对象更主动、内容更具体、效果更显著。对大学生生涯规划与心理健康教育的相关性进行研究,探讨二者融合互通的意义,将为构建大学生生涯规划与心理健康教育的融合体系提供理论依据。Whether college students can plan their career objectively and effectively will have an impact on their growth path and career development.There is a close association between career planning and mental health of college students in self-awareness,social adaptation,quality of will and learning ability.At present,the post-90s college students generally have the"self-centered"psychological characteristics,relying on and indulging in the network,and having weak ability to face frustration,which makes the traditional mental health education face difficulties.The effective combination of career planning and mental health education can make the object of mental health education more active,more specific and more effective.This paper studies the correlation between career planning and mental health education of college students,and discusses the significance of their integration,which will provide theoretical basis for the construction of the integration system of career planning and mental health education of college students.
