摘　　要：目的探讨鼠神经生长因子联合奥拉西坦注射液对缺血缺氧性脑病患儿神经功能及血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、脂联素(APN)水平的影响。方法抽取2017年8月至2018年8月郑州大学第三附属医院收治的缺血缺氧性脑病患儿120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患儿采用奥拉西坦治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上联用鼠神经生长因子治疗。比较两组患儿的神经功能、IGF-1水平、APN水平、不良反应和临床疗效。结果对照组临床总有效率(71.67%)低于观察组(90.00%,P<0.05);治疗后观察组新生儿行为神经测定量表评分(NBNA评分)、IGF-1水平、APN水平低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患儿不良反应发生率(10.00%)高于观察组(6.67%),差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子与奥拉西坦注射液联合治疗缺血缺氧性脑病患儿能显著改善患儿神经功能,提高患儿血清IGF-1、APN水平,临床疗效确切且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effects of oxiracetam injection combined with mouse nerve growth factor on neurological function and levels of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and adiponectin(APN)in serum in children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods A total of 120 cases of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy children in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled,and they were randomly divided into two groups,and 60 cases in each group.Control group received the intravenous infusion of oxiracetam,and observation group received the mouse nerve growth factor treatment based on control group.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,IGF-1,APN level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of control group was lower than that of observation group(71.67%vs.90.00%,P<0.05).The neonatal behavioral neurometry scale score(NBNA score),levels of IGF-1 and APN of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in control group was slightly higher than that in observation group,the diffence was not significant(10.00%vs.6.67%,P>0.05).Conclusions Application of oxiracetam injection combined with mouse nerve growth factor can effectively and safely ameliorate the neurological function,improve the serum levels of IGF-1 and APN for children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
