大学生情绪智力量表信效度研究——以厦门理工学院为例

摘　　要：以厦门理工学院大学生为例,进行随机问卷调查。先对问卷数据进行预处理,再运用信、效度检验、因子分析等方法进行检验。然后从不同性别、专业和年级三个方面进行分析,找出影响大学生情绪智力的因素。Taking Xiamen Institute of Technology as an example,a random questionnaire survey is conducted.Firstly,the questionnaire data are processed,and then the reliability,validity and factor analysis methods are used for testing.Then,from three aspects of different genders,majors and grades,the paper analyzes the factors that affect college students'emotional intelligence.
