高师器乐演奏教学中引入“新‘导生制’”模式的探究

摘　　要：高等师范院校音乐专业毕业生,应具备一定的教学能力。因此,在高师器乐演奏教学方面,除了要求学生会“奏”外,更要求会“教”。而会“教”正是如今多数高师器乐演奏教学中的短板。文章对“新‘导生制’”在高师器乐演奏教学中的运用进行了研究,探寻有效提高高师音乐专业学生器乐教学能力的方法,突出高等师范院校器乐演奏课程中的“师范性”特点,完善其“授之以渔”的教学之道。Graduates of music majors in normal colleges should have certain teaching abilities.Therefore,the teaching of Instrumental Music Performance course requires students to learn both"playing"and"teaching".And"teaching"is just the weak point of the course teaching in most normal colleges.This article studies the application of the system of"training students to be a'teacher'"in the teaching of the course in Instrumental Music Playing in normal colleges,exploring ways to improve effectively the students'teaching ability of instrumental music,and highlights the characteristics of"teaching"of the Instrumental Music Performance course in normal colleges.
