摘　　要：通过对地方高等医学院校教学质量评价体系进行不断探索与实践,以期逐步提高教师的综合教学能力,从而进一步提升高等医学院校整体教学水平和质量,为国家源源不断地培养德才兼备的专业人才。Through continuous exploration and practice of teaching quality evaluation system in local medical colleges and universities,this paper attempts to gradually improve the comprehensive teaching ability of teachers,so as to further improve the overall teaching level and quality of medical colleges and universities,and train professional talents with both ability and political integrity for the country.
