摘　　要：挖掘劳动精神的时代意蕴,把劳动教育渗透到学生学习、生活的全过程,引导学生成为劳动教育的受教者和受益者。劳动精神是社会主义核心价值观在电网公司具象化的集中表现,应当发挥企业办学对学生劳动精神培育的独到作用,为公司培养更多具有蓝领工匠精神的人才。We should excavate the era meaning of labor spirit,infiltrate labor education into the whole process of students'study and life,and guide students to become the trainees and beneficiaries of labor education.Labor spirit is the concentrated expression of socialist core values in power grid companies,which should play an unique role in the cultivation of students'labor spirit and cultivate more talents with blue collar craftsman's spirit for the company.
