摘　　要：随着疾病谱的改变、老龄化进程的加快以及经济社会发展需求等多方面因素持续发挥作用,各地区康复治疗人才的需求不断增大。地方院校承担着为区域经济社会发展培养人才的重任,因此,我们应根据实际需求,制定合理的人才培养目标,优化课程体系,改革教学模式,完善考核体系,以培养适合区域需求的高素质一线应用型人才。With the changes of the disease spectrum,the acceleration of the aging process and the needs of economic and social development,there is an increasing demand for rehabilitation treatment talents in various regions.Local colleges and universities undertake the important task of training talents for the regional economic and social development.Therefore,we should formulate reasonable training targets according to actual needs,optimize the curriculum system,reform the teaching model,and improve the assessment system in order to cultivate high-quality first-line applied talents that meet the regional needs.
