摘 要:为探究盘锦红海滩翅碱蓬现场生态修复的最佳方法,采用野外现场修复的方法研究了深翻和浅翻处理和不同播种密度对翅碱蓬苗密度、土壤密度和土壤理化指标的影响。结果表明:播种密度为0.02 kg/m^2和0.15 kg/m^2深翻处理组发芽率分别是浅翻处理组的34.73倍和6.82倍,两者差异显著(P<0.05);与自然状态土壤密度相比,浅翻处理和深翻处理都会使土壤密度降低,分别下降了5.88%和18.82%;深翻时,土壤电导率值、含盐量、水分及温度的平均值分别为6.74μs/cm、3561 mg/kg、33.9%和18.8℃,较浅翻处理,土壤电导率值下降37.59%,土壤含盐量下降34.96%,土壤水分下降11.95%和土壤温度升高8.05%,差异显著(P<0.05)。说明深翻处理有利于翅碱蓬生长,本研究结果可为盘锦红海滩翅碱蓬现场生态修复研究提供科学依据。In order to explore the best method for field ecological restoration of Suaeda salsa in Panjin Red Beach,the effects of soil types and different planting densities on the growth density of seedlings,soil density and soil physicochemical indexes of Panjin Red Beach were studied by field restoration methods.The results showed that:the germination rates of the deep and shallow turning treatments were 34.73 and 6.82 times higher than those of the shallow turning treatments respectively in the soils with a sowing density of 0.02 kg/m^2 and 0.15 kg/m^2,there was a significant difference between the two(P<0.05);compared with the natural soil density,the soil density was decreased by 5.88%and 18.82%,respectively,in both shallow and deep soil types(P<0.05);when the type of soil treated was deep turning,the average values of soil conductivity,salt content,water content and temperature were 6.74μs/cm,3561 mg/kg,33.9%and 18.8℃,respectively.Soil conductivity value decreased by 37.59%,soil salt content decreased by 34.96%,water content decreased by 11.95%and soil temperature increased by 8.05%than the type of soil treated was shallow turning.It indicates that the type of soil deep turning is beneficial to the growth of S.salsa,the results of this study can provide a scientific basis for the field ecological restoration of S.salsa in Panjin Red Beach.
