摘　　要：利用ArcGIS Engine结合.Net的二次开发技术,研发了宗地图自动化制作的软件,该软件通过输入的宗地、房屋、街路等数据,能够快速提取地块要素、创建注记、截取附属要素,生成.MXD宗地图文件,并将成果数据输出至数据库中,实现了宗地图快速自动化的生成,极大地提高了不动产宗地图制作的效率。In this paper,we developed the software for automatically generating the cadastral parcel maps using ArcGIS Engine and.Net secondary development technology.This software can extract parcel elements,create annotations,and collect auxiliary elements quickly by imported parcels,houses,streets,and other data.The cadastral parcel maps can be generated in.MXD format and impor-ted into the database.The research realizes the rapid generation of cadastral parcel maps in an automatic way,and improves efficiency of parcel map generation in the real estate task.
