高校化学实验实操安全培训现状分析与对策

摘　　要：目前,高校的实操安全培训尚存在一些问题,如培训普及面窄、内容相对单一、演示比重大、缺乏延续性,以及反馈收集困难。为此,该文提出可从固定培训对象、设置实操培训内容、匹配培训学时数、引入学生互动等多方面入手,以提高实操安全培训的效果;通过实操安全培训的试点和推广,进一步深化学生安全认知、强化学生安全操作,使学生面对意外能做到有效应对,实现预期效果,达到最大程度规避人为安全隐患的目的。At present,there are some problems in the practical safety training in colleges and universities,such as narrow popularization of training,relatively monotonous content,large demonstration ratio,lack of continuity and difficulty in collecting feedback.In order to improve the achievements of practical safety training,this paper proposes to target the training group,set the training contents,match the training hours and introduce the interaction of students.Based on the pilot and promotion of practical safety training,the students’safety awareness will be further deepened,and their safety operation will be enhanced,which also ensures that in any event of an accident,students can handle it properly.The expected effect and the purpose of avoiding human-induced hazard can be achieved to the greatest extent.
