摘　　要：胎盘特异蛋白8(placenta special gene 8,plac8)又称Onzin或C15,是一种富含半胱氨酸的蛋白质,广泛分布于真核生物中。plac8可影响细胞分化以及凋亡过程,同时在多种疾病尤其是肿瘤的发生过程中具有重要作用。本文旨在阐述plac8的结构特点、功能以及其可能存在的作用机制等。Placenta special gene 8(plac8),also known as Onzin or C15,is a cysteine-rich protein that widely distributed in eukaryotes.It is found that plac8 can affect cell differentiation and apoptosis,and plays an important role in various diseases,especially in the formation of tumors.The purpose of this review is to illustrate the structure,function and possible mechanism of the plac8.
