新型冠状病毒肺炎合并肿瘤患者5例临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析合并肿瘤的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者临床特征,以指导肿瘤患者的诊疗工作。方法收集5例合并肿瘤的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者,对其临床特征进行回顾性分析。结果5例合并肿瘤的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者中,其中有3例发展为重型,但病情进展良好;剩余2例病情相对较轻且无向重型发展倾向,现所有患者均已治愈出院。结论肿瘤患者因自身免疫力低下,可能更易感染新型冠状病毒肺炎且病情更重,本院收治的合并肿瘤的肺炎5例新冠患者中,60%发展为重型,因此既往患有肿瘤等基础疾病、年老体弱的患者病情进展较快。但因病例数较少,此类患者进展是否比普通患者更快、病情更重,尚需进一步研究,以期为肿瘤患者抗击疫情提供一些可借鉴的思路。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of tumor patients with coronavirus disease 2019 pneumonia.Methods Five tumor patients infected the coronavirus disease 2019 were collected,and their clinical characteristics were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 5 patients,3 developed severe disease,but the disease progressed well.The remaining 2 patients were relatively mild and had no tendency to develop severe disease.All patients had been cured and discharged.Conclusion Patients with tumors may be more susceptible to the coronavirus disease 2019 due to their lower autoimmunity,and their condition is heavier.Of the 5 coronavirus disease 2019 infected patients with tumors treated in our hospital,60%develop severe,and therefore have suffered from basic diseases such as tumors and senior patients progress more quickly.However,due to the small number of cases,whether such patients progress faster and are more severe than general patients needs further research.
