摘  要:以旋转刀盘法双刃铣削圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮为研究对象,推导了含过渡齿面的圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮全齿面方程。在此基础上,提出了一种全齿面参数范围的计算方法,进行了齿面参数范围计算并仿真得到齿轮模型。以能获得完整齿形的最大齿宽为齿宽条件,研究了刀盘半径、压力角、模数等参数对齿宽条件的影响规律。通过分析轮齿各截面齿廓的根切条件,得到了圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮避免出现根切的最小齿数。进行了该齿轮的加工检测试验,测量结果验证了本文方法的正确性。Cylindrical gear with circular-arc-tooth-trace generated by double-edge milling with rotating cutter head is taken as the research object.First,the tooth surface mathematical model of this kind of gear pair is deduced based on space meshing theory.Then,on this basis,a calculation method of tooth surface parameter scope is put forward,the calculation of tooth surface parameter scope is carried out and the gear model is obtained by simulation.Taking the maximum tooth width with complete tooth profile as the condition of tooth width,the influences of cutter radius,pressure angle,number of teeth and modulus on the condition of tooth width are studied through a practical example.The minimum number of teeth to avoid undercutting is obtained by analyzing the undercutting condition of tooth profile of each end section.The processing test of the gear is carried out.The results of tooth thickness measurement verify the correctness of the calculation method.
