摘  要:针对传统罐式半挂车液固耦合困难的问题,采用等效机械摆模型模拟圆柱罐体内的液体晃动,利用Trucksim多自由度车辆模型,实现了物理学摆模型与Trucksim模型之间的数据交互。突破了以往只能在恒定加速度下进行流体仿真研究的局限性,建立了基于动态特性的罐式半挂车侧倾稳定性模型。通过Trucksim-Matlab/Simulink联合仿真,在不同工况条件下研究了变充液比情况下罐内液体晃动所带来的冲击效应对罐式半挂车整车侧倾稳定性的影响。在实时动态条件下探讨了不同充液比时,侧向加速度侧翻阈值的变化情况。结果表明:罐式半挂车辆在充液比为0.6左右时侧翻阈值最低,其液体冲击效应在车辆完成规定动作过程中以及完成规定工况后均影响明显。To overcome the difficulty of liquid-solid coupling of traditional tank semi-trailer,this paper uses the equivalent mechanical pendulum model to simulate the liquid sloshing in the cylindrical tank,and combines the Trucksim multi-degree-of-freedom vehicle model to realize the data interaction between the physics pendulum model and Trucksim.It breaks through the limitations of traditional fluid simulation studies that can only be performed under constant acceleration,and establishes a tank-type semi-trailer roll stability model based on the dynamic characteristics.Through Trucksim-Simulink co-simulation,the influences of the impact effect of the liquid-filling in the tank on the roll stability of the tank semi-trailer are studied under different working conditions.Under the real-time dynamic conditions,the variation of the lateral acceleration threshold of each liquid-filling ratio is discussed.The results show that the tank-type semi-trailer has the lowest threshold value in the inner side of the filling ratio of 0.6,and its liquid impact effect has obvious influence during the completion of the specified action of the vehicle and after the completion of the specified working conditions.
