摘  要:针对多分量线性调频(LFM)信号的初始频率和调频斜率估计问题,提出了基于人工蜂群算法的LFM信号最大似然函数估计方法。首先,利用最大似然方法对LFM信号的初始频率和调频斜率进行联合估计;然后,用人工蜂群算法对似然函数进行优化求解;接着,针对人工蜂群算法收敛速度慢、易早熟等问题采用多维并行搜索结合交叉全局引导的方式对算法进行改进,实现了高效的多分量LFM信号参数估计。仿真实验证明,本文算法具有最大似然估计的有效性,兼具快速性和实时性。To achieve the joint estimation of initial frequencies and chirp frequencies of multi-component Linear Frequency Modulation(LFM)signals,the artificial bee colony algorithm based on Maximum Likelihood(ML)estimation was proposed.Firstly,the joint ML function of initial frequencies and chirp frequencies of multi-component LFM signals was given.Then,the artificial bee colony algorithm was applied to optimize the solution of the ML function.Furthermore,a multidimensional parallel and cross mixing search strategy was applied to improve the convergency speed and avoid pre-mature of artificial bee colony algorithm,which helps to achieve the efficient estimation of multi-component LFM parameters.The algorithm not only has the advantage of ML estimation,but also reduces the computational burden greatly.The simulation results verify the estimation performance of the algorithm.
