摘　　要：目的了解某省疾控机构专业技术人员对图书资料室馆藏资源的利用情况和文献检索能力。方法对某省所有疾控机构专业技术人员对图书资料室馆藏资源的利用情况和文献检索能力进行调查。应用EpiData 3.1软件建立数据库,利用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析,构成比的比较采用X^2检验,检验水准取α=0.05。结果共调查203家疾控机构。24.14%(49家)设置有独立图书资料室,43.84%(89家)收藏有图书,47.29%(96家)订阅有纸质期刊,3.44%(7家)订阅有电子期刊。人均拥有图书14.39本、期刊0.23种。专业技术人员年人均借阅图书2.27本、期刊2.90本、电子期刊浏览7.12次、下载2.81篇、年发表论文0.16篇、课题立项0.04项。结论某省疾控机构图书资料室馆藏资源有限,专业技术人员馆藏资源利用能力和文献检索能力较低,省市县级差别较大。专业技术人员科研综合实力不强,影响单位综合实力的提升。Objective To understand the status of library resources and the utilization ability of professionals in centers for disease control and prevention(CDCs)in a province.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out on the library construction,resources and the utilization ability of professionals in all CDCs in a province.EpiData 3.1 was applied to establish the database.SPSS 19.0 was used for statistical analysis.Chi-square test was used to compare different composition ratios.Results A total of 203 CDCs were investigated.49 CDCs had independent libraries,89 CDCs had collected books,96 CDCs had subscribed printed journals,and 7 CDCs had subscribed electronic periodicals,accounting for 24.14%,43.84%,47.29%and 3.44%of the total CDCs.Each person had an average of 14.39 books and 0.23 printed journals.Each professional borrowed 2.27 books and 2.90 periodicals from the library,and browsed electronic journals 7.12 times,downloaded 2.81 articles,published 0.16 articles and applied for 0.04 scientific projects per year.Conclusion The construction of the libraries in CDCs is not in balance,the collection resources are limited,the utilization ability of the professionals is poor,and there are large differences between different levels of CDCs in this province.
