摘　　要：为了缓解供应链中上下游企业的订购矛盾,文章考虑一个损失规避零售商和一个风险中性供应商的两级供应链。在零售商实施销售努力且面临缺货损失的情况下,采用心理账户分离法,从收益视角出发,通过建立收益共享契约模型来优化内部交易,并由此改善企业间的矛盾。首先讨论了集中式供应链和批发价契约模型,并以此作为比较基准;探讨了收益共享契约模型下的最优策略及契约的可行性问题。研究表明,缺货损失的增大可以促使决策者提高订购,损失规避系数的增大则使零售商降低订购。此外,结果同样显示,收益共享契约不仅可以协调供应链,而且可以实现Pareto改进。最后应用数值实验验证了理论结果。In order to alleviate the ordering contradiction between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain,this paper considers a two-stage supply chain with a loss-aversion retailer and a risk-neutral supplier.In the scenario of retailers implementing sales efforts and facing loss of stock-out,the psychological account separation method is adopted to optimize internal transactions from the perspective of revenue by establishing revenue sharing contract model,so as to relieve the contradictions among enterprises.The research shows that the increase of loss of stock-out can prompt the decision-maker to increase orders,while an increase in loss aversion coefficient causes retailers to reduce orders.In addition,the results also show that revenue sharing contracts can not only coordinate supply chains,but also enable Pareto improvements.Finally,the paper employs numerical experiments to verify the theoretical results.
