摘　　要：针对防化兵实际作业过程中不同的任务需求,根据防化兵兵种、作业环境等特点建立了一套防化兵作业能力评估系统。首先对复杂防化兵作业现状、作业流程、防护等级进行分析。然后对影响防化兵作业能力的因素进行特征提取,从设备因素、人为因素、环境因素以及能力因素方面建立防化兵作业能力评估系统。最后对防化兵作业能力评估指标进行无量纲化处理。Aiming at the different task requirements in the actual operation process of chemical defense forces,it establishes the performance capability evaluation system of chemical defense forces based on the characteristics of the chemical defense corps and the operation environment.It summaries the current situation of chemical defense corps,analyzes the factors affecting the performance capability of the chemical control forces,and builds the performance capability evaluation system based on the aspects of equipment,human factors,environmental factors and capability factors.Finally,it quantifies the performance evaluation system.
