摘 要:为预防集装箱在船舶装卸作业中翻倾落水事故的再次发生,以岳阳城陵矶码头集装箱落水事故为研究对象进行力学推演,提出是否翻箱的判定准则,事故船数据验证结果表明该方法可行。由此提出一套预防措施:装载手册中,增加最大允许船舶横倾角;装卸前配载,使装卸过程中的横倾角不超过允许值;装卸时监控,使实际横倾角不超过允许值。To prevent the recurrence of containers overboard accident during loading and unloading,the mechanical cause for the container falling-down accident at Chenglingji terminal was deduced,so as to set forth a criterion to judge whether the container will turn over.The estimated resultsshowed that the proposed method is feasible.A set of measures to prevent such accidents were put forward,such asaddingthe allowable heel angles into the loading manual,makereasonable stowage plan and evaluation to control the ship heel,real time monitoring and adjustingthe ship heel during loading and unloading.
